Description

You will design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user and business requirements into actionable design solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and responsive interfaces using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Apply user-centered design principles to ensure intuitive navigation and engaging interactions across all digital products.
• Conduct basic user research and usability testing, incorporating feedback into iterative design improvements.
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards to ensure visual consistency and branding alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Strong expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field (Any Graduate accepted).
• Ability to clearly present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Understanding of interaction patterns and branding consistency.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
