We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly and visually engaging digital experiences across websites, customer-facing platforms, self-service portals and e-commerce applications.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in UI/UX design, Figma, wireframing, prototyping, user flows, information architecture and design systems. Experience using AI-powered design tools and AI prompting techniques is mandatory.

You will work closely with Business Analysts, Product teams and Developers to understand business requirements, convert them into effective user experiences, and ensure design quality throughout development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-centric experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder discussions and usability testing to understand customer and business needs.
• Create user flows, customer journey maps, sitemaps and information architecture.
• Develop wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma or equivalent tools.
• Create polished UI designs, interaction patterns and responsive layouts.
• Use AI design tools and prompting techniques to accelerate ideation, design exploration and creation of design variations.
• Build and maintain design systems, UI components and reusable design patterns.
• Analyze customer journeys and identify usability issues, friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Work closely with Development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Prepare design specifications and support developers during development and QA.
• Ensure designs follow responsive design and accessibility principles.
• Continuously improve designs based on user feedback, usability testing and analytics.

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on UI/UX Design experience
• Strong proficiency in Figma or equivalent UI/UX design tools
• Strong experience in wireframing and prototyping
• Strong understanding of User Flows and Information Architecture
• Experience designing customer-facing websites, portals, e-commerce platforms or self-service applications
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI, Claude or equivalent
• Strong AI prompting / prompt engineering skills for design workflows
• Experience with Design Systems and Component Libraries
• Experience with Usability Testing / UX Research
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design
• Experience working with Business Analysts and Development teams
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Experience in Shipping, Logistics or Supply Chain
• Experience with React or Angular
• Experience with Miro, FigJam or similar flow-mapping tools
• Experience with Hotjar, Maze, UserTesting or similar UX research tools
• Experience with Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or similar analytics tools
• Knowledge of WCAG / accessibility standards
• SEO-conscious design experience
• Experience designing for global and multilingual audiences
• UX Design or AI-related certification

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may also be considered
