Description

Design and optimize ecommerce checkout, payment, and transaction flows to drive conversion and reduce errors.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, accessible user interfaces for web and mobile products using Figma, including wireframes and prototypes.
• Implement and maintain design systems, specifically leveraging Microsoft Fluent UI and component-based frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate user research and data into actionable design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and user research to validate design decisions and improve UX.
• Ensure all designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards for inclusive user experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Deep expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management.
• Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fluent UI and exposure to React or Angular component-based design.
• Proven track record in ecommerce or transactional UX, focusing on conversion optimization and error reduction.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering teams in agile environments.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite and Miro is preferred.
