Description

Design user interfaces and experiences through research, prototyping, and design systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure product consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement innovative product solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Ability to create user personas, journey maps, and user flows.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
