Description

Lead design efforts for web and mobile applications to deliver seamless user experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements alongside product managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Design GUI elements including menus, tabs, widgets, and navigation buttons.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate site functionality and aesthetics.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues such as responsiveness and adjust layouts based on feedback.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in web development.
• Proficiency with wireframe tools such as Wireframe.cc and InVision.
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of information technology operations.
• Bachelor's Degree (or 8+ years with a High School Diploma).

Preferred Skills

• Portfolio of design projects.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and 6+ years of experience.
