Description

You will own the design lifecycle from initial research through to final implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and translate requirements into actionable design specifications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop visual interfaces (UI), handling color, typography, icons, and layout.
• Improve user experience (UX) by refining usability, navigation, and user flows.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams, iterating designs based on user testing feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Applied knowledge of core UX principles, including user research and information architecture.
• Strong skills in visual design, color theory, and typography.
• Ability to solve problems creatively.
• Good communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining and evolving design systems and style guides.
