You will design seamless, user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Partner with product and development teams to ensure designs align with technical constraints.
• Develop and maintain UI component libraries and style guides for consistency.
• Refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input while ensuring accessibility compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
• Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience conducting user research and translating data into design improvements.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and articulate design rationale clearly.
