Description

You own the end-to-end user experience design for web applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, creating personas, user journeys, and usability studies.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes with clear information architecture.
• Develop intuitive, responsive layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop environments.
• Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, Section 508).
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and developers to implement designs and maintain UI consistency.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications or digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and mapping user flows.
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for developer collaboration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on website or CMS-based projects.
• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field.
