UI/UX Designer

You will drive discovery, design, workflows, and usability testing for enterprise-level applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive discovery, design, workflows, and usability testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance user needs with business requirements.
• Optimize complex processes to reduce cognitive load and minimize user errors.
• Utilize existing Design Systems and UI styles to maintain consistency across applications.
• Create clickable prototypes to test design assumptions and hypotheses.
• Perform design quality assurance during the development phase.
• Ensure all designs and code meet accessibility standards for all users.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in UX design with a focus on enterprise-level applications.
• Expertise in interaction design and user-centered design principles.
• Proven experience conducting user research, including interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong technical skills in HTML5, CSS3, and Dreamweaver.
• Minimum 2 years of experience applying WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex research into actionable design insights.
• A strong portfolio documenting your methodology, problem-solving steps, and outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or certification in UX Design, HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the PEGA suite of applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
