Description

You will own the design process for enterprise-level applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance user needs and business requirements, delivering user-centered experiences.
• Optimize and simplify complex processes to reduce cognitive load and minimize user errors.
• Maintain design consistency across applications by utilizing the existing Design System and UI styles.
• Create clickable prototypes to test design assumptions and hypotheses.
• Ensure designs and code meet accessibility standards for all users.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in UX design, specifically designing enterprise-level applications.
• Experience conducting user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and creating user journey maps.
• Proficiency in interaction design and user-centered design principles.
• Strong analytical skills to translate research findings into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree or certification in UX Design, HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating methodology, problems solved, and outcomes for enterprise applications.
• Skills in UI/UX, Pega, HTML, and UX Design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the PEGA suite of applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
