Description

You will design high-fidelity interfaces and user experiences for websites and digital products.

Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites and products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to translate findings into actionable design solutions.
• Ensure design consistency and responsiveness across all platforms, devices, and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and content creators to align designs with business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Manage website content refreshes and ensure all digital assets comply with federal Section 508 standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for websites and digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven ability to meet federal Section 508 compliance standards.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Experience with website content management systems (CMS).
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
