Description

You will design, manage, and optimize enterprise-level websites using a component-based CMS. You will own the end-to-end design process, from wireframing and prototyping to user flows and IA mapping.

Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using Adobe XD, Sketch, and Miro.
• Develop responsive front-end layouts using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap 4.0+.
• Conduct user research, including ethnographic interviews, and perform user acceptance testing.
• Optimize images and video assets for online media performance.
• Collaborate within an Agile development process to deliver designs and assets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and web optimization.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap 4.0+.
• Experience with Zeplin, Sketch, and Miro for design handoff and collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an enterprise component-based CMS environment.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and visual design theory.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and user experience research best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing social media content and creation workflows.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in ambiguous, independent work environments.
