Description

You will lead the design strategy and execution for applications, platforms, and digital assets.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop UI/UX design strategies, wireframes, flow diagrams, sitemaps, prototypes, and storyboards.
• Design UI elements including search boxes, navigation menus, widgets, and tabs.
• Test UI elements, forms, page layouts, target links, and page flows to ensure functionality.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications and external designers to deliver tailor-made content.
• Provide guidance on UX research methods and analyze user behavior.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a principal UI/UX design resource or equivalent.
• Proven portfolio of UI/UX design work for both mobile and web platforms.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with Sketch and InVision.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting and coding tasks.
• Experience with Visio, iOS, and Android design environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related environment.
