Description

You will design intuitive, consistent, and user-centric interfaces for web-based enterprise applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create mock-ups, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
• Lead and facilitate design sessions with stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs.
• Present design solutions and communicate concepts clearly to technical and business teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in UI design for web-based enterprise applications.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clean, functional interfaces.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
