Description

You design user experiences with a heavy emphasis on UX flows and content strategy.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate wireframes and screens within Figma to facilitate stakeholder review.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations, competitor analysis, and user testing to validate designs.
• Develop user personas and interaction scenarios based on research findings.
• Collaborate with business, legal, compliance, and technology stakeholders to ensure cohesive, compliant content.
• Review and validate wireframes produced by junior UX designers against research inputs.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in user experience design and UX flows.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
• Experience working with content design systems and style guides.
• Ability to align content with SEO tools, brand standards, and tone.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
• Experience performing user research, persona development, and scenario mapping.
• Any Graduate degree.
