Description

Lead visual design efforts and coordinate the design team to ensure high-quality project completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all visual design efforts and lead projects to successful completion.
• Guide, mentor, and coach team members while managing resource plans and project documentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Marketing, Branding, UX, and IT leaders to plan creative solutions.
• Manage external service resources, budgets, and compliance with project management methodologies.
• Define and manage style guides, application release management, and change control processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual design and project execution.
• Proven ability to manage project design reviews and resource planning.
• Deep understanding of customer goals and business requirements.
• Expertise in current visual design standards and trends.
• Ability to manage design workflows on time and within budget.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing brand identity.
• Experience creating designs for B2B, B2C, or G2C web application portfolios.
