Description

You will own the end-to-end product design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design system maintenance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define user requirements and design solutions in collaboration with product managers and developers.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and gather actionable insights.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate user flows and design ideas.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure visual and functional consistency across products.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder and user feedback, while mentoring junior designers.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in UI/UX and product design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of user interface principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and analytics tools for measuring design effectiveness.
