Description

You will lead design activities to craft UI/UX for web and mobile software solutions across construction, transportation, geospatial, and natural resources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level requirements into engaging user experiences.
• Define user research plans and lead all aspects of the research.
• Create user personas, customer journeys, and task workflows.
• Design workflows that optimize the usability of the entire workflow.
• Support implementation of high-fidelity design by development teams.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a junior designer with a compelling portfolio.
• Fluency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience utilizing an existing design system to align solutions.
• Ability to define usability testing plans for remote or field testing.
• Familiarity with UX research to identify objectives.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Undergraduate degree in user experience design, human computer interaction, or interaction design.
