Design user-centric interfaces and workflows for an AI-powered self-service platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web applications.
• Define intuitive user journeys for AI interactions, including prompts, results, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation within React-based applications.
• Maintain consistency through reusable design systems, UI standards, and component libraries.
• Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and continuously improve designs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of UI/UX design experience focused on web applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX design projects.
• Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and best practices.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of responsive and accessible web design.
• Experience designing modern enterprise applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing AI-powered, chatbot, or self-service platforms.
• Familiarity with React-based application environments.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
