You will bridge the gap between business objectives and user needs through strategic design and research in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Design Thinking and Discovery workshops to identify solutions for business problems.
• Partner with business teams to define product outcomes and present UX solutions.
• Define the UX vision, create UX strategies, and inform the product roadmap.
• Design platform structures and user flows based on end-user interaction patterns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX design and strategy.
• Proven ability to define UX vision and implement UX strategies.
• Strong grasp of user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience in content strategy and communicating design decisions to clients.
• Ability to facilitate customer-centric decision-making across different business units.
• Expertise in synthesizing complex customer data into actionable design directions.
