Description

Design the end-to-end experience for a next-generation point-of-sale ecosystem serving associates, customers, and pharmacists.

Responsibilities

• Develop user journey maps, service blueprints, and visualizations to document current states and future visions.
• Plan and conduct user research to identify pain points and inform experience strategy.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops and sessions with stakeholders to align on a shared vision.
• Identify user needs and work with product managers and engineering to prioritize solutions.
• Document research findings to provide visibility into the unique challenges faced during in-store checkout.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design or systems thinking.
• Ability to visualize complex technical solutions for multiple user audiences.
• Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research.
• Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and collaborative sessions.
• Strong skills in documenting end-to-end user journeys and process design.
• Experience using analytics to inform design decisions.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with payment systems and technical architecture.
• Experience tracking UX success metrics.
