Description

Design user-centered interfaces and workflows for chiropractic web applications and patient portals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analysis to identify pain points within the chiropractic context.
• Design intuitive interfaces, user flows, and prototypes for appointment management, online booking, and treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for stakeholder presentation and development.
• Participate in usability testing and iterate on designs based on direct user feedback.
• Maintain consistent visual branding across all digital platforms.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing for healthcare or medical platforms.
• Deep understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Expertise in UI/UX design and interaction design.
• Proficiency in user research and information architecture.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with chiropractic terminology and practices.
• Domain expertise in US healthcare and insurance.
