Description

You will bridge user psychology with functional product implementation, owning the lifecycle from research to development handoff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine product concepts.
• Create user personas through research and data analysis.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes centered on customer needs.
• Define interaction models and evaluate their success.
• Collaborate with UI designers to implement designs and communicate prototypes to developers.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous design projects.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in design software such as UXPin or Balsamiq.
• Deep understanding of interaction design and information architecture.
• Background in user research and project management.
• Ability to solve complex UX problems regarding usability and findability.
• Analytical mindset with business acumen.
• Any Graduate degree.
