Description

You will build accessible, semantic front-end interfaces using React and modern web standards.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement semantic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript components with strict adherence to WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
• Ensure responsive design compatibility across mobile and web environments while maintaining brand alignment.
• Conduct manual and automated accessibility testing using JAWS, NVDA, and aXe to identify and resolve compliance issues.
• Correct accessibility defects in various document types, including PDF and Word files.
• Develop and maintain keyboard-only navigation workflows for enhanced user accessibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Expertise in React for component-based UI development.
• Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines and accessibility best practices.
• Hands-on experience with assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
• Proven track record in responsive mobile and web development patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with C# is a plus.
