Design intuitive, accessible digital experiences by bridging user needs and technical implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives and technical constraints into user-first designs.
• Develop UX architecture including sitemaps, journey maps, wire flows, and taxonomy designs.
• Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
• Build reusable component libraries and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Develop web components using modern HTML/CSS standards that comply with WCAG accessibility guidelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, or Adobe XD.
• Expertise in human-centered design, UX/UI principles, and usability.
• Proven ability to build customer journey maps and information architectures.
• Experience creating interactive prototypes for testing and validation.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Experience with A/B testing and behavioral analytics to inform design decisions.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and WCAG compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Zeplin for design-to-developer handoff.
