job responsibilities include:
Define and lead UX processes, including discovery, user research, journey mapping, and usability testing.
Translate business and functional requirements into UX artifacts such as personas, workflows, wireframes, and design standards.
Facilitate UX workshops with business stakeholders and end users, including discovery sessions, validation reviews, and feedback loops.
Integrate UX practices within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks, participating in sprint planning and development cycles.
Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure UX intent is accurately implemented in final builds.
Apply UX best practices where process and usability take priority over tools, leveraging tools like Figma as enablers rather than the core skill.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development roles.
Strong experience working with ServiceNow platforms or ServiceNow‑based user experiences.
Proven ability to define and run UX processes in complex enterprise environments.
Experience collaborating in Agile delivery teams.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience documenting UX standards and ensuring consistent user experiences across products
