Description

Define and lead UX processes, including discovery, user research, and usability testing, while translating requirements into personas, wireframes, and design standards. You will facilitate workshops with stakeholders, integrate UX practices into Agile/Scrum cycles, and collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UX intent in final builds. This role prioritizes process and usability over tools, using Figma as an enabler.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX processes including discovery, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Create UX artifacts such as personas, workflows, wireframes, and design standards.
• Facilitate UX workshops and validation reviews with business stakeholders and end users.
• Integrate UX practices within Agile/Scrum frameworks, participating in sprint planning and development.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of UX intent.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development roles.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow platforms or ServiceNow-based user experiences.
• Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.
• Proven ability to define and run UX processes in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience collaborating in Agile delivery teams.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience documenting UX standards and ensuring consistent user experiences across products.
