Description

You will own the consumer-facing digital user experience across websites and digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performing, conversion-optimized landing pages and digital ad assets.
• Research and create user journeys based on industry best practices and research findings.
• Develop functional and aesthetically appealing user experiences for a network of websites and digital products.
• Contribute to a major website redesign project.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in user-centered research and design for responsive, cross-browser, and mobile experiences.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, React, and CSS.
• Experience administering moderated and unmoderated user testing, both in-person and online.
• Bachelor’s degree in web/interaction design, computer/human interface, information design, computer science, graphic design, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience using Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with responsive front-end frameworks like Bootstrap.
