Description

Build user-facing interfaces for ServiceNow applications, translating design concepts into responsive, functional web experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces using design tools.
• Develop intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on user behavior analysis.
• Implement design elements using HTML5 and SCSS, or collaborate with developers on implementation.
• Design interfaces that adapt correctly across various screen sizes and devices.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on gathered user feedback.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with UI/UX design principles.
• 4+ years of working experience with HTML5.
• 4+ years of working experience with CSS.
• 1+ years of experience with UI Builder (Service Portal).
• Proficiency in user interface design using Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography and color theory.
• Ability to collaborate closely with developers for design implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
