You will design, develop, and optimize user-centric web interfaces that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive web interfaces adhering to project goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional UI deliverables.
• Own end-to-end design alignment across functional areas.
• Implement and maintain tracking tools to measure website traffic and user engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate design and content decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar framework).
• Expertise in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Canva.
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and WCAG standards.
• Experience implementing and analyzing tools like Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., GitHub).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, data visualization, and dashboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field.
