You will design, develop, and optimize user-centric web interfaces, ensuring seamless integration and measurable engagement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional UI deliverables.
• Own end-to-end design alignment, ensuring consistency across all functional areas.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Implement and maintain tracking tools to measure traffic and user engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate design and content decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Canva.
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and WCAG standards.
• Experience implementing and analyzing metrics using Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, or similar.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control (e.g., GitHub).
• Experience with CMS platforms, data visualization, and dashboarding.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
