Description

You will own the end-to-end implementation of user-facing features, translating design wireframes into functional, high-fidelity web components while bridging the gap between design and engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build responsive user interfaces.
• Create interactive prototypes with live data to validate interaction design and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with UX designers and researchers to ensure final products match design intent and usability standards.
• Optimize front-end components for speed, scalability, and visual fidelity across devices.
• Conduct usability and A/B testing to refine UI functionality based on user feedback.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in front-end development and UI/UX engineering.
• Strong proficiency in React JS, Node JS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with TypeScript for type-safe application development.
• Familiarity with design tools like Sketch to interpret and implement design assets.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and usability testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of GenAI applications in development workflows.
• Ability to act as a bridge between design and technical teams with strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Background in Node npm package management and server-side rendering.
