You will design and build intuitive user interfaces for complex data systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure, intuitive user interfaces for complex data systems.
• Collaborate with developers and product designers to produce UI specifications and prototypes.
• Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and focus groups to guide design decisions.
• Analyze user requirements, workflows, and pain points to create meaningful design improvements.
• Convert complex analytical data into actionable, visual dashboards and displays.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, Human Factors Engineering, or interactive product design.
• Strong ability to design graphic UI elements including menus, tabs, widgets, and dashboards.
• Enterprise experience designing across multiple platforms and applications.
• Skilled in UI prototyping, workflow design, and usability testing.
• Knowledge of interactive design, visual communication, and accessibility standards.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD, or PenPot for prototyping.
• Ability to apply visual storytelling and UI design best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design, Psychology, Human Factors and Ergonomics, Systems/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Process Engineering.
