You design intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX to drive user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX to drive strong user adoption.
- Collaborate with end users to identify improvements and reduce engineering effort in the new application.
- Work with software engineering teams to plan and scope UI/UX work aligned with rapid project milestones.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- Working knowledge of C++ or WinForms.
- Experience developing UI/UX for legacy applications.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on software development experience, including backend support.
- Experience developing WinForms and managing complex legacy software suites.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
