Description

You design intuitive UI/UX to drive user adoption and reduce engineering effort in legacy applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces to drive strong user adoption.
• Collaborate with end users to identify improvements and streamline workflows.
• Work with software engineering teams to plan and scope UI/UX work aligned with rapid project milestones.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex UI/UX problems in legacy environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
• Working knowledge of C++ or WinForms.
• Experience developing UI/UX for legacy applications.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on software development experience, including backend support.
• Experience managing complex legacy software suites.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
