Description

Lead UX design for a suite of products within a cross-functional, agile environment in Singapore.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design efforts across designers and engineers to ensure a unified experience.
• Conduct user needs assessments, task analysis, user research, and competitive analysis.
• Develop high-level task flows, storyboards, and design documents to communicate vision.
• Design UI layouts, including controls and graphical elements, for mobile and desktop platforms.
• Create end-to-end deliverables such as experience maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Proven track record of taking researched designs through to released products.
• Ability to distill complex problems into elegant, informed solutions.
• Experience working in iterative and agile development environments.
• Strong ability to articulate and champion design solutions using user-centered principles.
• Experience collaborating with product management and engineering teams.
