Description

Lead frontend architecture and development of scalable React.js applications and reusable design systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build reusable UI components and design systems using React.js.
• Define frontend coding standards, best practices, and technical documentation.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with UX designers and backend teams to integrate REST APIs.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG).

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of frontend development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on React.js development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of frontend security and accessibility standards.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Next.js and Micro Frontend architecture.
• Knowledge of data visualization libraries.
• Financial services or fintech domain experience.
