Description

You will lead design strategy and execution for e-commerce platforms and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure cross-project consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers, tech leads, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design concepts.
• Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to optimize usability and conversion rates.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design principles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio focused on e-commerce and mobile apps.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches.
• Familiarity with e-commerce workflows, payment systems, and conversion optimization.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to facilitate communication with development teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
