Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proven experience leading design teams.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Proficiency with prototyping tools such as InVision or Proto.io.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep knowledge of current UI/UX trends and industry best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior designers.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
