Description

You will lead and manage the UX design process for digital products and services from research through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design process, covering research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design for digital products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align UX solutions with business goals.
• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to drive design decisions.
• Create and maintain UX documentation like personas, journey maps, site maps, flowcharts, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Oversee and mentor junior UX designers, providing necessary feedback and direction.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital product design.
• Ability to lead UX projects from concept through launch, managing planning, resourcing, and delivery.
• Proficiency in UX design tools, including Figma.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and hands-on experience executing research.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide other designers.
• Strong written, verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
