Description

You will lead the UX design process for digital products from research through implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design process, covering research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align UX solutions with business goals.
• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to drive design decisions.
• Create and maintain UX documentation like personas, journey maps, site maps, flowcharts, and prototypes.
• Mentor junior UX designers, providing feedback and direction on complex digital product designs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and hands-on execution.
• Ability to lead UX projects from concept through launch.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide other designers.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing planning, resourcing, and delivery of UX initiatives.
