Description

Lead the UI development practice, ensuring technical excellence and alignment between design and implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement UI development best practices to ensure codebase scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of UI developers.
• Collaborate with UX designers to provide technical insights and with backend developers to integrate interfaces with server-side logic.
• Conduct code reviews to enforce quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Implement automated testing processes to validate UI components using various libraries and frameworks.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of total experience, with at least 7 years in a UI Architect or similar role.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and responsive/adaptive design techniques.
• Solid grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Proven ability to communicate technical solutions and design concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience advocating for new tools and industry advancements in UI technology.
