Lead the design practice to create intuitive user experiences for customers.

Responsibilities

• Map user journeys, document information architecture, and define user personas based on business value propositions.
• Conduct customer interviews and build prototypes to validate solutions for specific user problems.
• Research industry-specific software patterns in transportation, maintenance, and repair to ensure familiar user experiences.
• Produce high-fidelity specifications for engineering teams and collaborate closely during the build-out phase.
• Develop and maintain a design system while driving the migration of existing interfaces.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end design workflows from research to high-fidelity handoff.
• Experience conducting user research and customer interviews.
• Proficiency in prototyping and information architecture.
• Ability to build and implement design systems.
• Experience using data-oriented approaches like A/B testing and user analytics.
• Own branding and design for all outward-facing communications, including email notifications and product documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
