Description

You will own the end-to-end design vision for complex digital service platforms, setting the standard for intuitive, user-centric experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements from product managers, engineers, and stakeholders into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Own and evolve the design system to maintain scalability, accessibility, and visual consistency across products.
• Facilitate design reviews and workshops, mentoring junior designers and driving stakeholder alignment.
• Advocate for user needs by integrating research and data-driven insights into design decisions.
• Deliver production-ready assets in Figma and ensure high-fidelity implementation via developer collaboration.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of proven UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio in SaaS or large-scale digital platforms.
• Deep expertise in design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior designers.
• Solid understanding of agile product environments and cross-squad design delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Experience with SaaS platforms.
