You will own the end-to-end design vision for complex digital service platforms, setting the standard for intuitive, user-centric experiences.
Responsibilities
Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
Own and evolve the design system to ensure scalability, accessibility, and visual consistency across products.
Facilitate workshops and design reviews, driving alignment and mentoring junior designers.
Advocate for user needs by integrating research and data-driven insights into design decisions.
Deliver production-ready assets in Figma and ensure high-fidelity implementation with developers.
Required Skills
6-8 years of proven UI/UX experience with SaaS or large-scale digital platforms.
Expertise in Design Systems and Accessibility Standards.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Prototyping Tools.
Strong understanding of responsive design best practices.
Experience working within agile product environments.
Ability to influence stakeholders through strong communication and facilitation.
