Description

You will own the end-to-end design vision for complex digital service platforms, setting the standard for intuitive, user-centric experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Own and evolve the design system to ensure scalability, accessibility, and visual consistency across products.
• Facilitate workshops and design reviews, driving alignment and mentoring junior designers.
• Advocate for user needs by integrating research and data-driven insights into design decisions.
• Deliver production-ready assets in Figma and ensure high-fidelity implementation with developers.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of proven UI/UX experience with SaaS or large-scale digital platforms.
• Expertise in Design Systems and Accessibility Standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Prototyping Tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive design best practices.
• Experience working within agile product environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders through strong communication and facilitation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior designers.
• Background in facilitating design workshops.
