Description

You will design end-to-end workflows and high-fidelity UI for complex web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map user journeys, information architecture, and task flows to create wireframes and clickable prototypes in Figma.
• Audit existing UI to identify UX debt and design improvements for legacy pages migrating to a React stack.
• Plan and run customer research, including interviews and usability tests, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.
• Define and extend component patterns and tokens, documenting interaction standards to align design and code.
• Provide detailed implementation specifications covering states, responsiveness, accessibility, and edge cases for engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design for complex web applications, including dashboards, forms, and tables.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Proven experience partnering with frontend engineers to ship production UI.
• Strong knowledge of interaction design principles and practical accessibility standards.
• Experience managing or contributing to a design system, including tokens and component documentation.
• Ability to ground design decisions in UX principles and cognitive psychology (Laws of UX/heuristics).
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for mobile interfaces.
