Description

You will lead user research efforts to inform design decisions across mobile and responsive platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct usability studies to validate user flows and prototypes.
• Apply user-centered design (UCD) principles to address accessibility and usability concerns.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and site maps.
• Execute heuristic analysis and usability testing to identify friction points.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into the design process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX and UX Research.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Invision, DSM, Zeppelin, and Adobe XD.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar visual tools.
• Expertise in mobile and responsive design.
• Strong understanding of rapid prototyping and user-centered design.
• Ability to articulate research processes through a mandatory portfolio.
• Deep knowledge of various user research methodologies.
• Experience working both independently and in cross-functional environments.
