Description

Lead user research efforts to drive design decisions and improve product usability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys, and user journey mapping to understand user needs.
• Analyze user behavior and analytics to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate findings into actionable design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes based on research findings and business requirements.
• Perform competitor analysis and present research recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5-9 years of professional experience, with at least 2-3 years dedicated specifically to research.
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools including Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Deep knowledge of usability testing, user interviews, and survey methodologies.
• Strong ability to translate complex research findings into wireframes and user flows.
• Solid understanding of human-centered design principles and accessibility best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to cross-functional teams.
• Any Graduate degree.
