You will design intuitive user interfaces and drive product strategy through user-centered design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes and interactive prototypes for complex business processes.
• Conduct user research to validate and iterate on product concepts.
• Identify enhancement areas and feed improvements into the product roadmap.
• Ensure UI/UX designs adhere to best practices and security requirements.
• Create seamless UI handoff processes and integrate front-end components with backend developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency with Prototyping Designer tools for research and design.
• Strong understanding of UI Design principles and creation of Design System Libraries.
• Experience working within an Agile development environment.
• Ability to gather and prioritize requirements from business users and stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with backend developers for front-end integration.
• Familiarity with N-tier architecture implementation.

• Proven ability to lead design initiatives and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
